В честь этого события, в сотрудичестве с Porsche Club of America, часовая компания TAG Heuer выпустила специальную модель под названием Monaco. Выбор именно этой модели не случаен, поскольку именно она стала культовой еще с 1970 года, когда ею было украшено запястье Стива Маккуина в знаменитом, посвященном миру автогонок, фильме «Ле-Ман».

Porsche Club of America — is the largest brand automobile club in the world, uniting more than 100000 members; it celebrates its 55 anniversary this year. In the honor of this event the watch company TAG Heuer in cooperation with Porsche Club of America has presented a special model named Monaco. The choice of this model is not accidental, as it became cult since 1970 when Steve McQueen wore them in a well-known devoted to the world of auto racing film "Le Mans". On a dial there are red and black rally strips, and also number "55" on the hours, corresponding to the celebrated anniversary. On the sapphire glass on a back cover of the case the logo of Porsche Club of America is engraved. The watches cost 5500$.
